yes! wax or sugar can typically be continued during pregnancy, although your skin may be more sensitive than usual.
Aimee has even done it during both pregnancies and had no issues— it helped tremendously and saved time (or being out of breath with shaving).
Every pregnancy is different, so please check with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing these services during pregnancy. we’ll also make sure you’re as comfortable as possible throughout your appointment.

absolutely! you can still receive your wax or sugar services while menstruating.
for these services, please arrive with a new tampon or menstrual cup. your skin may be a little more sensitive during your cycle, so you may notice increased sensitivity— but hair removal services during your period is completely common.

some medications and skincare ingredients can make your skin more sensitive and increase the risk of irritation or skin lifting during a service.
Please let me know about any medications, prescriptions, acne treatments, or active skincare ingredients you’re using before your appointment. this may include retinoids, Differin, Epiduo, alpha hydroxy acids (AHA’s), and other major exfoliating products.
accutane/isotretinoin requires special precautions. please disclose its use before booking so we can determine when it is safe for you to wax or sugar.
